This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on PithHome and delivered within the United States.
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Fees
For any order with a total amount equal to or greater than $100 (including $100), shipping is free.
For any order with a total amount below $100, a flat shipping fee of $11 will be applied.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, promotions, or force majeure events (such as strikes or extreme weather), processing times may be extended.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, parcels are generally delivered within an estimated 3 to 7 business days.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will process the exchange after we receive and verify the returned product.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 1–5 days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard).
Exchange processing requires 1–3 business days.
